Joe is a lifelong resident and farmer in Sauk County.  Along with operating a 50-cow family dairy farm, he is the current Town Chair for the Town of Franklin and is also the president of the Plain Fire District Board.  He has also served on the Town of Franklin’s Comprehensive Planning Steering Committee.  Joe has been involved with a number of past organizations including the local snowmobile club, St. Luke’s School Curriculum Committee, Farm Service Agency Chair and Committee member, and has served as a  Sauk County Land Conservation Committee member.  He has been married for 25 years and has two teenage boys; he enjoys many outdoor activities and being with family and friends.  Joe is happy for the opportunity to serve on the Steering Committee to help Sauk County continue to be a great place to work and live.
