Born and raised in Reedsburg. Obtained a B.S. in Architectural Studies from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Did post graduate work in Landscape Architecture at the University of Wisconsin Madison. Worked for various architectural firms in Madison following school. In 1976 returned to Reedsburg and started what is now Blakeslee Cameron Architects, LLP. Am licensed as an Architect, Landscape Architect and Real Estate Broker. Have been active in many community activities and organizations in the past including the Reedsburg Planning commission, Reedsburg Area Medical Center Board of Directors, Reedsburg Historic Preservation Committee, Reedsburg Country Club, Renewal Unlimited and the Reedsburg Hockey Association. Am currently a board member of the Sauk County Development Corporation. In my free time I enjoy hunting, fishing, golf and just about anything else outdoors. Have two adult children and my wife and I currently live in the Township of Reedsburg. My vision for Sauk County is to provide for a culturally diverse environment and a thriving economy with a high quality of life based on sustainable living practices.
