Guiding Coalition
Success in developing and adopting a progressive comprehensive plan relies on public participation opportunities, efficient and timely distribution of information, research of other communities to determine what works and what does not, an understanding of planning concepts and tools, meeting facilitation, incorporation of consensual decision making, and overall project management. The primary role of the Guiding Coalition will be to bring these components together thereby realizing a final plan that will position Sauk County for the future.
